This, of course, is one of the most difficult lineups to choose from. Lots of great choices here but it’s hard to leave out, for example, Phil Rizzuto. And, even though he only played for the Yankees for 4-5 years, you can’t forget “Mr. October” Reggie Jackson! Lots of other players to consider as well.

Stewart, I hated there was no Maris or Rizzuto as you brought up. There are still a couple excellent Catchers on this team to pick from as well, not to mention Joe Gordon and Tony Lazzeri. Maybe I should have allowed Cano to go play for the Mariners to let these guys get a chance. The Yankees have enough talent to fill 2 rosters of great players.
