I doubt Javier Baez would ever make any list. We all have our favorite star or just a player we liked who maybe wasn’t a superstar. Mine was Keith Moreland. I always liked he could play many different positions. Although, admittedly, not good. I always admired how he could foul off so much, wearing a pitcher down with number of throws. It’s probably not even correct, but that’s how I remember it. Javier is WAY more talented than Moreland but very undisciplined. That’s what keeps him from being great.

The Tigers are loaded. I would go to battle with anyone, including the Yankees. They are so good, there wasn’t room for HOF Harry Heilmann or Norm Cash.
