Catfish Hunter came close to making the team. The Athletics have had so many good Pitchers. Vida Blue starting? Maybe over Quinn or Hudson.

Another strong list. But somehow I don’t think any of their current roster would replace anyone!

I think my biggest regret is not having Gene Tenace( C) on this team. Instead I went with Wally Schang. Either way, they would have both been back ups to Mickey Cochrane. Still, did I make the right choice?
