Here’s Jennifer’s All-Time Mets team. What do you think about her choices?
Helluva starting rotation!
Seriously, it’s very difficult to pick an all star team without leaving out some worthy applicants.

Thank you Stewart. I even said to John that I really liked this team. It is not without its controversy, however. No Carter( Expos) or Piazza( Dodgers) for example. I was really questioning my judgement when it came to Keith Hernandez. He would go to the Cardinals, but they don’t need him. He didn’t even make the roster, which means he didn’t make any roster. To me, that’s worse than John Franco going to the Reds( 6 yrs) vs him going to the Mets(14 years). He had a higher WAR with the Reds than he did with the Mets. I still thought this team could win against many of the long standing teams that have been around forever.
